The .PDF document is filled with everything you need to know about cruises out of Port Everglades this season. You’ll find information on ships, schedules, lodging, dining, entertainment and transportation. Check it out!
The 2015 guide includes sections on:
Getting Here. After listing the improvements to the Port since last year, the guide provides detailed information on reaching the port via car, plane, bus, taxi or rail. The guide also includes information on navigating security checkpoints, embarking and debarking.
Once You’ve Arrived. The guide provides you with a handy table for figuring out where to park, based upon your assigned cruise terminal. The section includes answers to Frequently Asked Questions, as well as specifics about parking costs ($15/day for regular vehicles). You’re encouraged to dial up Sunny.org for ideas on things to do in Fort Lauderdale during your pre-cruise or post-cruise stay.
Cruises. This section focuses on the ten cruise lines operating ships out of Fort Lauderdale this coming season. Port Everglades cruise lines for 2015 include Holland America Line (11 ships), Princess Cruises (9 ships), Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines (6 ships), Silversea Cruises (4 ships), Celebrity Cruises (4 ships), Carnival Cruises (2 ships), Cunard Line (2 ships) and Seabourn (1). The Pinar del Rio and BiminSuperFast offer fast-boat shuttles to the Bahamas. The section also includes a day-by-day cruise ship calendar and a list of cruise ship agents.
Hotels and Accommodations. In contrast to the dining section, nearly 30 hotels and resorts took out advertisements in this year’s guide. We’re on page 98 of the guide, Quality Inn and Suites Hollywood.
Entertainment. This section also includes a handful of ads for things to do in the area, like an alligator safari or a shopping trip. The guide’s final section, Getting Around, has ads for limos, tours, shuttles and parking.
